With all that the people of Earth have been through in the MCU over the past decade (Hydra, Ultron, Thanos, Titans), S.H.I.E.L.D. might well have taken the decision to keep the existence of Blade and vampires on a need-to-know basis. The more people that know about Blade increases the risk of the secret coming out.
