Breath of the Wild fan is real tired of drawing art every day until the sequel launches
Zelda Breath of the Wild fans painted bad fan art for 524 days to prepare for a sequel and they were very exhausted.
Fanfare has gone wild since The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild sequel was first announced, and fans have long been craving Nintendo’s tiniest details. One fan went a step further and promised to draw bad fan art of the first Breath of the Wild every day until the sequel is finally released.
But now the artist is understandably weary as the sequel’s release date has struggled with delays and the COVID-19 pandemic. In the latest fan art you can see right below – a nice nod to Attack on Titan’s recognizable image – they let their followers in the follow-up image to be incredibly tired of doing this for too long.
With 524 days since their promise, and at least 250 days left after Breath of the Wild 2 has been pushed back to 2023, it’s easy to see why they’re so exhausted. You have to imagine that the artist thought Breath of the Wild 2 would be out by now and probably millions of fans around the world should have arrived by now considering it was first announced in 2019. Catching and teasing theater trailers.
Luckily, the artist’s response to subreddit posts is absolutely great. Users tell artists not to worry about their original engagement, and some remind them that saneness is more important than memes. The entire Breath of the Wild subreddit comes together to applaud this artist.
Some tech experts think so. New footage from Breath of the Wild 2 looks too good to run on Nintendo Switch..
