Disney Plus restores missing tributes from Marvel Defenders shows

Disney Plus has restored the missing Punisher and Luke Cage tributes.

Two Marvel shows jumped from Netflix to Disney Plus, the new streaming home The Punisher eventually missed a message honoring Marvel legend Stan Lee, and Luke Cage didn’t pay tribute to Reg E. Cathey. to show.

Whether they will remain as MCU canons has not been answered definitively, but there are indications that they are part of a larger universe after all. Charlie Cox starred as Daredevil in Spider-Man: No Way Home, and Vincent D’Onofrio repeated him. Kingpin role in Hawkeye.

“They are doing their best to keep Daredevil part of the canon,” D’Onofrio told GamesRadar+. “Hawkeye is part of the standard for what we do at Daredevil.” A Daredevil reboot is also said to be in the works.
