Does The Amazon Fire 7 Tablet (2022) Have An SD Card Slot?

With past versions of the Fire 7, Amazon only supported microSD cards up to 256GB and 512GB. However, with the Fire 7 (2022), the tablet works with microSD cards up to 1TB. You don’t have to use a 1TB card with the tablet, but if you need that much space, the Fire 7 (2022) supports it.
While expandable storage is unnecessary on some tablets, most Fire 7 (2022) owners will likely want to use it. Why? The cheapest $59.99 version of the Fire 7 (2022) comes with only 16GB of internal storage. You can upgrade to the $79.99 model for more space, but even then, you only get 32GB of storage. By comparison, Amazon sells 128GB microSD cards for around $15 and 256GB cards for about $30. It’d be great to have more storage built into the Fire 7 (2022) by default, but thanks to the SD card slot Amazon included, it’s an easy problem to resolve.
