Evil Dead: The Game – The Best Warlord Skills to Get First
Most of the Warlord’s abilities focus on area of effect damage and heavy attacks. Increasing the damage and effectiveness of various skills, rather than worrying about health or defense, is the best way to spend points for this class. There are some skills in the Talent Tree that increase the damage of each unit and make it easier to summon them more frequently. However, these abilities require a large number of points to be spent first, so there are other skills that players should focus on unlocking when starting out.
- Hemophobia: Blood splatter increases fear. Since blood splatter will likely affect Survivors often, increasing the fear it causes will make it easier to quickly possess them.
- High Blood Pressure: Increases the range of the blood splatter skill in Evil Dead: The Game. With the fear effect already increased, covering a larger area improves the Warlord’s chances of having multiple Survivors available to possess. Blood splatter also obscures any affected Survivors’ vision making it harder for them to help each other.
- Coagulation: Increases the duration of obscured vision from blood splatter. Having the range and fear effect increased, along with a longer duration of obscured vision, makes blood splatter a deadly ability.
- Acid Reflux: Increases damage from Deadite puke.
- Projectile Vomit: Increases the range of the Deadites’ puke. Boosting the damage and range of the puke ability will allow the Warlord to significantly damage multiple Survivors at once.
- Portal Authority – Boss: Reduces the amount of required Infernal Energy to place a boss portal. Although this skill takes longer to unlock, being able to bring Henrietta into the fight more often will make it much easier to win a match as the Warlord in Evil Dead: The Game.
Evil Dead: The Game is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
