GTA 6 Announcement Trailer Could be Imminent, According to Insider

The moment that Grand Theft Auto 6 hopefuls have been waiting for might be on the horizon. The long-awaited sequel to Grand Theft Auto V has been speculated for many years, and the predictions never seem to slow down. However, nearly all of the information that fans have comes from leakers. Meanwhile, almost no information has actually ever come from developer Rockstar Games or its parent company Take-Two Interactive, so it’s hard for players to know which information to believe.
In the past month or two alone, there have been a number of reports of GTA 6 information being leaked, but little if any of it has been corroborated by reliable sources. This includes information from an insider that states there is a GTA 6 image hidden in the GTA trilogy remaster. A French journalist also claimed in April that the new engine Rockstar was using for GTA 6 was extremely impressive and “ahead of its time.” Nonetheless, Rockstar has remained silent, continuing its work on Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online, including the latest ports to the current console generation. This leaves fans to question when any information will finally be revealed about the next installment of the franchise.
If a new source is to be believed, official information could come in the way of a trailer very soon. Recently, Game Rant reported that El NitrO 56 claimed on Twitter that a Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer is coming soon. This news came from the comments section of a Tweet made by KRYPTO9095 that says “GTA 6 is coming.” Game Rant points out that KRYPTO9095 is followed by the official Rockstar Twitter account, potentially lending some credence to his statements. According to GTA 6 News & Leaks Twitter, KRYPTO9095 also has updated their YouTube page with a mock-up banner featuring the possible GTA 6 logo.

Previous leakers have stated that any and all locations in the new game are ones that have already been in Grand Theft Auto previously, but yet another insider has said that Rockstar was considering having the game take place in a completely new setting. It’s important to note that all of these sources and pieces of information have gone unverified and unsubstantiated by Rockstar or Take-Two. The only official information that players have from Rockstar is that GTA 6 is well into development and is on its way.
In fact, with all of the unknowns, speculations, and leaks, the game within the game of Grand Theft Auto 6 will be discovering which information over the years has turned out to be true and which information was blatantly wrong. With the widespread rumors and various contradictions about Grand Theft Auto 6, there are bound to be some in column A and some in column B.
