Halo Infinite’s new season adds Clippy from Microsoft Office

halo infinity Season 2 may be titled Lone Wolves, but thanks to the arrival of Clippy, a virtual comic clip assistant in the Microsoft Office suite, the Spartans will never have to go into battle alone. Clippy is one of many cosmetic rewards. Halo Infinity Season 2 will be ubiquitous in battle with new Legendary-grade weapon talismans.

Season 2 kicked off on Tuesday, bringing the new Battle Pass. Halo Infinity Full of items to unlock and collect. However, Clippy is not part of this regular Battle Pass track, nor is the googly-eyed paperclip mascot currently obtainable in-game. Xbox Hardware Senior Product Manager James Shields unveiled the Clippy Cosmetics on Twitter on Tuesday, featuring the upcoming “Clipster” nameplate and Halo Infinity.

Halo Infinity Season 2 started on May 3rd and added two new maps Catalyst and Breaker, multiplayer modes Last Spartan Standing and Land Grab, and an updated version of King of the Hill.

Xbox Game Studios and 343 Industries Halo Infinity Coming in December on Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. The multiplayer component of the game is free to play.
