How to Attach Email to Google Calendar

To attach an email to Google Calendar:

Open Gmail in a new web browser tab or window.

Open the email message you want to add to your Google Calendar.

Choose from the drop-down menu that appears. event creation.

Gmail's Create Event command

A new tab opens and loads the Google Calendar Create Event screen. Most of the email message details are pre-populated in the event fields, including subject and body content. This field is editable. If necessary, change the event date and time and any reminders you want to set.

Attachments that were part of the original email are also included in the calendar event.

If you are satisfied with the new event details, select Next. save to computer Send events to Google Calendar. You can also invite attendees to view or edit your event.

Follow these instructions to attach an email to Google Calendar.

Select the More button, represented by three vertically-aligned dots on the right side of the Gmail toolbar (above the email subject line).

In the drop-down menu that appears, select Create event.
