Choose no. You will be asked if this is your first time requesting a refund from your account. If this is not the first time, you will be asked why you requested a refund in the past.
Enter the number of days since purchase.

Sony’s refund policy states that refunds will be processed “as far as possible” by the original payment method. Otherwise, your PSN wallet will be credited.
When the real agent tells you that they will deposit the refund into your PSN wallet, politely ask if the refund can go to your bank account or PayPal instead. Getting your money back is almost always preferable to your account balance, so there’s nothing wrong with asking for it.
Sony’s refund policy has a 14-day limit.
Unfortunately, Sony does not process PlayStation Store refunds if more than 14 days have passed since the original purchase date. That said, if you pre-ordered the game and haven’t downloaded it, there’s nothing wrong with trying it out. Sony reserves the right to deny your request.
How to disable automatic downloads
We recommend that you disable the automatic download feature on your PS4/PS5 if you feel you may change your mind about your purchase, as downloading a game will not allow you to request a refund in most cases.
Follow the steps below to disable automatic downloads on PS5.
Open Settings.

click system software > System software updates and settings.
