One UI 4.1 Is Rolling Out to Other Samsung Phones Now

From Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3

Samsung’s One UI 4.1, previously limited to the Galaxy S22 smartphone, is also starting to roll out to other Samsung devices in some areas, starting with the Z Flip3 and Z Fold3.

The latest version of One UI, 4.1, debuted with the Galaxy S22 series, but was limited at the time. Now, Samsung has started rolling out One UI 4.1 to many other devices, starting with the Galaxy Z Flip3 and Z Fold3. However, it will also include other devices such as the Galaxy A series, S21 series and Tab S7 FE in the future. The Galaxy S20 series, Z Fold, Z Flip, S10, Note, Tab S and A series will also receive the One UI 4.1 update.

This 4.1 version of One UI adds several new features, starting with Google Duo Live Sharing, which lets you share your device’s screen with others for presentations and more. In addition to the usual spell checker, a new keyboard option is also available from Grammarly, which provides spelling suggestions.

Photo sharing has also been streamlined with quick quick sharing options and the ability to detect and suggest adjustments when sharing images. An Expert RAW photo editor is also included, giving you the freedom to edit high-resolution photos directly on your device. While editing, use the improved Object Eraser tool that lets you remove background objects, window reflections, or shadows with a single tap.

The One UI 4.1 rollout for non-S22 series devices has already started in select regions (not specified by Samsung) and is expected to reach the US “in the next few weeks”.
