One Lily of the Valley can be found in a room with an elevated snowy platform connected by a wooden bridge to a shorter platform on the right. Another Lily can be found in the upper-right corner of a tall vertical room. To reach the Relic, players can use their Double Jump heirloom, equip Icarus’ Wings, or spin-kick projectiles from an arrow trap if it has spawned.
The third possible Lily of the Valley will appear in a room similar to the second and will require some propulsion to an upper-right alcove in the area.
