Spotify, Netflix Collaborate on New Entertainment Streaming Hub

New section collects streaming audio content related to popular Netflix shows

Spotify has added a new section on its platform that brings together soundtracks and podcasts tied to Netflix shows.

According to Spotify, the newly dubbed Netflix Hub hosts official playlists for shows like Bridgerton, On My Block, and La Casa de Papel (Money Heist). Official soundtracks for shows like the live-action rendition of Cowboy Bebop and the runaway hit Squid Game will also be on there.

And if you want to explore your favorite shows further, Netflix-centric podcasts will also be on the new hub, including The Crown: The Official Podcast and Netflix Is A Daily Joke. 

In addition to the new section, Spotify is rolling out an enhanced album experience for the Netflix western, The Harder They Fall. The album offers fans a unique behind-the-scenes look at the soundtrack’s creation and songs by popular artists.

Fans of La Casa de Papel can enjoy a new quiz that is supposed to match your personality to a character on the show, along with an accompanying song from the soundtrack. Spotify also created a new destination page for the series, including videos from the cast and the soundtrack. However, at the time of this writing, the page doesn’t appear to work.

The Netflix Hub is currently available to both Free and Premium users in the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, India, Australia, and New Zealand. Spotify didn’t mention if it has plans to take the new hub to other countries or regions.

However, Spotify states that it plans on updating the Netflix hub with new content often.
