Sometimes the title says it all.

Last entry in the Best Movies of 2022 drop-down list, everywhere at once It’s a delicious potpourri of genres from sibling comedies to generational dramas. It starts with a relatively simple plot. Can mothers and daughters learn to understand conflicting worldviews? But instead of choosing the most direct path from point A to point B, all The director, who scribbles on maps, expands his journey through multiple universes that are more human and friendly than the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Follow Mid-IRS Certified Laundry Owners instead of Superheroes. Instead of a multiverse of madness, we get a multiverse of sorrows (sorry, we can’t help it) as her mother tries to break down what she perceives as her daughter’s nihilism. Instead of an action movie that lacks sex and romance, we get a story about the deep power of love and fighting scenes where men get their power from improvised butt plugs.

This is Tasha Robinson’s explanation of what makes it a multiverse masterpiece of our time.

“I don’t think I’ll ever see a movie like this again in the multiverse of infinite possibilities. But at the same time, it means every moment. everywhere everywhere everywhere Exciting unknowns. It is impossible to predict where the Daniel Project will lead at any given point in time. Over the character’s ass or into the wildest dreams. Sometimes both are at the same time.

It’s fun to follow the MCU. It’s like watching the juggler add more and more balls to his performance until it seems impossible to stop the ball from hitting the ground. But despite all the attention MCU creators give to stories, they seem to care less and less about why they’re telling these stories. Aside from the occasional hints of real problems, what are they supposed to say? everywhere at once You can be accused of saying too much. But to be honest, we are taking this as an alternative.

If you like going to the cinema, I definitely recommend this movie. And it’s okay if you don’t feel comfortable going to the nearest movie theater. We’ve curated our five favorite movies with the lead actors. everywhere everywhere everywhere with Michelle W. Enjoy all streaming services from the comfort of your home!

We spoke with the director and he made it clear what he meant. “We did very little CGI for this film,” said Bay. “There are some really good ones, and there are two takes that say, ‘I wish I had more time.’ [in this movie]. I’ve always had good CGI. […] But yes, there are real explosions, real car crashes, real stuff. To be honest, that last sentence is all we really need in most Bayes movies anyway.

Instead of an action movie devoid of sex and romance, we get a fight scene in which the men derive their power from improvised butt plugs, and a story about the deep power of love.

It’s fun to keep up to date with the MCU, like watching a juggler add more and more balls to his performance until it seems impossible that so much can be stopped from crashing to the ground. But for all the attention the MCU creators are giving to the story, they seem to be less and less interested in why they’re telling these stories. What do they have to say beyond the occasional nod to real-world issues? Everything everywhere all at once could be accused of trying to say too much. But frankly, we’ll take this over the alternative.
If you’re comfortable going to the theater, the movie has our full-throated recommendation. And if you’re not comfortable walking into the nearest cineplex, that’s okay, too. Well, we spoke with the director, and he clarified what he meant. “We did very little CGI for this movie,” Bay said. “There are some really good ones and then there are a few shots where I’m like, ‘I wish I had more time’, whatever. There’s some really good work [in this movie]. I’ve always had really good CGI. […] But yeah, there are a lot of real explosions, real car crashes, real stuff. Frankly, that last sentence is all we really need from most Bay movies anyway.
