Windows 11 is full of tips and tricks to make Microsoft’s operating system more user-friendly than before Windows 10. Well, the history of the clipboard is one of them, and I can’t really recommend it.
In 2020, Microsoft improved the default clipboard feature in Windows 10, allowing users to access the last 10 items instead of just one. Since then, the clipboard has been further improved to provide instant synchronization between devices using the cloud. Clipboard’s Device Sync feature lets you copy something from one Windows PC and paste it directly onto another PC.
The cloud sync feature also works on Android devices running the Microsoft SwiftKey keyboard app. This means that you can copy between your Windows PC and your Android phone or tablet, or insert/insert from/to your Android device. However, one caveat is that this only works for text.
The cloud sync feature is cool, but I personally find the ability to access the 10 most recently copied items the most useful. For example, if you need to copy/paste many items into a document, you can now copy them all at once before pasting without having to review each item individually. This is certainly a simple feature, but it can save you a lot of time.

How to turn on clipboard history in Windows 11
1. Open the Start menu. from Click the Windows icon or Press the Windows key then start on the keyboard Enter “Clipboard” until the Clipboard Settings option appears. Click on Clipboard Settings Enter the Clipboard Settings menu.
