With the likes of Shazam! and Aquaman also viewed as well-received hits, The Flash potentially being better than any of these aforementioned films would be a big achievement for Muschietti and the rest of the cast and crew. There is even the possibility that Warner Bros. views the movie in a similar tier as Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight, Matt Reeves’ The Batman, and Todd Phillips’ Joker.
